System Architect Position Overview

* Partner with clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
* Utilise technical consulting skills to demonstrate new ways to implement software solutions
* Mentor and train clients in Pega technology
* Engage, educate and enable clients' resources on Industry and Pega Best Practices
* Collaborate with a high-performing delivery team to ensure solutions meet or exceed client expectations
Skill Requirements:
* A minimum of 5–10 years of software development experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology
* Exposure to various technologies including WebSphere or Weblogic, J2EE, .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL
* Demonstrated knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and implement model-driven enterprise-level business solutions and applications
* Work with various technologies including object-oriented design principles, database design, application and web servers
* Strong track record of customer engagement and delivery success
* Experience working with industry-leading technologies in a fast-paced environment
* Considered a trusted advisor and thought leader by clients
