We have an opening for a EUC Support Technician to join our team. This is a 3 month secondment role until July.
**About the role**
The EUC Support Technician provides end user technical support and mentorship of the Service Desk Team members. This includes field support, maintenance and management of EUC and periphery devices, extending into security and datacentre related work.
**About you**
- 2+ Years experience as a Systems Administration and Desktop Support
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365
- Advanced knowledge of Server O/S, Windows
- Good working knowledge of VMWare
- Good working knowledge of Backup Systems
- Good working knowledge of SCCM, Intune and patching
- Valuable working knowledge of security best practices
- Experience with server and system performance tuning, design and implementation, monitoring and maintenance
- Familiarity with networking services: DNS, DHCP
- Proficient with PowerShell and Scripting languages
Highly desirable
- Certifications in Microsoft certifications (foundations, server, exchange, Mobility, 365 Admin) and/or Information Security
