About the Role
This is a unique chance to combine leadership, administrative, and teaching skills in one position. As the Program Lead, you will support teacher and student learning within your portfolio, providing direction, enhancing course content, and scheduling program timetables.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Lead teaching teams to monitor student progress, implement strategies to support student needs, and contribute to retention strategies.
2. Manage the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of VET teaching packages, practices, learning resources, and assessment strategies, ensuring standards are met.
3. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning, teaching, and assessment procedures.
4. Contribute to program growth through innovation and enhancements, supporting teacher and student experiences.
5. Deliver teaching components to maintain industry currency and connect with students and the program.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have leadership skills, including fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Experience leading teams to achieve excellence in learning and student outcomes is also essential. Knowledge of contemporary teaching methodologies and standards, as well as experience developing and managing processes for efficiencies, are highly valued.
