Responsibilities:
* Supervise the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across all phases of the project cycle.
* Ensure construction and maintenance services meet client expectations and business objectives.
* Effectively manage and utilise resources to achieve project outcomes.
* Provide leadership and support for change initiatives at the project level.
* Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in civil supervision, ideally within road or structures maintenance and construction.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within set timeframes.
* Commitment to safety and quality standards.
