Job Description
The Sales Director position is a senior leadership role that plays a critical part in driving the company's sales strategy and maximising profitability.
This leader will be responsible for leading a team of account managers from across the organisation to achieve designated sales target levels. They will work closely with other departments to implement strategic plans, develop internal and external communication strategies, and ensure effective alignment with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will inspire and direct the account management team to deliver on the strategic plan, providing day-to-day guidance to drive sales growth and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need:
* Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism or Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years of experience in the retail travel management industry (preferred)
* Experience from a travel agency network or aggregator of travel agency services (beneficial)
