We are looking for experienced section waitstaff, hosts, bartenders and sommeliers who pride themselves in providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated experience as a waitstaff, host, bartender or sommelier in a premium la‐carte restaurant
• Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
• Sommelier applicants must have strong wine knowledge
• Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for hosts
• Passion for delivering outstanding serviceStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Show exemplary communication and time management skills
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day‐to‐day operations
• Exceptional presentation
• Must be willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts
• Must have or be able to obtain an RSA certificate and relevant qualifications
