We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to join our dedicated team, working alongside some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in supporting individuals to sustain their housing and build stability, dignity, and hope for the future. At Mission Australia Housing, we provide social, transitional and affordable housing to vulnerable Australians, ensuring access to safe, quality homes that enable people to participate fully in their communities.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role you will be looking after 46 Supported Transitional Housing and working in collaboration with the Support Team. You'll bring strong communication skills, resilience, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement. In return, you'll be supported by a collaborative and value-driven team, where your work has a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

* Conducting all the arrangements to lease vacant properties quickly and effectively
* Work with tenants to assist and support them in maintaining their tenancies
* Carry out property inspections and complete the required property reports
* Prepare court/tribunal documents where necessary
* Ensure tenancy and property records are kept up to date and information recorded meets the organisations and Regulatory standards
* Maintain a strong KPI focus across a variety of performance areas
* Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
* Actively contributes to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support

Requirements for Success

* Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups with strong people skills
* Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act would be preferred
* Previous experience working in the housing or social welfare sector would be preferred
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office products for reporting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong administrative experience and interpersonal skills
* Current Drivers' Licence and valid Blue Card

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, and Blue Card.
