About the Position
The role of Case Manager in our organization involves applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in actively engaging individuals, motivating them, and providing targeted interventions to reduce their risk of reoffending.
