About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead our client’s digital ecosystem and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple platforms. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage everything from CRM and loyalty programs to social media and event integration, ensuring seamless digital journeys that drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Customer Portal Management: Build and maintain our partner portal with engaging content and user‑friendly design.
- Email Marketing: Execute end‑to‑end campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation and automation.
- Digital Event Integration: Manage Cvent event builds and data capture for customer engagement activities.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media execution and integrate campaigns to grow brand presence.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and cleanse Veeva and Salesforce databases for targeted communications.
- Loyalty Program Development: Collaborate with global teams to implement a new loyalty platform.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, IT, communications or similar (highly regarded).
- Experience from within the pharmaceutical, aesthetics or medical device market is essential
- 4–6+ years’ experience in digital marketing roles.
- Skilled in platforms such as Salesforce CRM, SFMC, Cvent, GA4, and social media channels.
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Highly experienced with HPC digital marketing and strategy.
- Ability to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours for events.
