The role:
Join the fast‐growing team at Locale Civil! Permanent opportunities for VESI/VEDN‐accredited Plant Operators across Melbourne and West Melbourne delivering essential utilities projects with a high‐performing metro‐based crew.
Your everyday:
* Safe and precise excavation on underground power networks
* Conduct trenching, backfilling, and site preparation with accuracy
* Work in accordance with VESI regulations and company safety procedures
* Complete daily pre‐starts, daily diaries, JSEAs and safety reporting
* Work collaboratively with ground crews, supervisors, and project managers
Who are you?
* Current VESI/VEDN accreditation
* Possess relevant WorkSafe competencies or accreditation certificates relevant to plant/machinery
* Demonstrated experience in plant operation on underground utility networks
* Possession of a current Driver's License
* Possession of a current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
* Construction Induction (White Card)
