Window Cleaner – Casual

We are a well-established and growing window cleaning business in the South West, providing our services at a number of locations, including Busselton, Bunbury, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Margaret River.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join us.
This is a casual position (ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week) with the opportunity to move into part‑time or full‑time for the right person.
You will be working on a range of residential and commercial jobs using modern equipment and systems, including water‑fed poles, ladders, EWPs, pressure washers and traditional window cleaning methods.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
* Residential and commercial window cleaning
* Using ladders, EWPs and water‑fed pole systems
* Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
* Providing excellent customer service on site
* Working independently and as part of a small team
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* A self‑starter who is motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues, demonstrating a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual and hard‑working
* Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
* Well‑presented and professional with customers
* A good communicator with a positive attitude
* Able to work unsupervised and take initiative
Essential requirements
* Valid Australian driver's license
* Working at Heights certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* EWP license (or willingnessSpeed to obtain)
* National Police Clearance
* Good level of physical fitness
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
Highly regarded (but not essential)
* Experience using water‑fed pole or high‑wash systems
* Experience with ladders and/or EWPs
* First Aid Certificate
* Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience
