Senior Clinical Nurse Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide high-level clinical coordination and support to children, young people, and their families experiencing complex mental health concerns.
1. Job Summary: Provide specialist clinical coordination services to facilitate determined need and undertake high-level assessments and develop individual plans that include bringing together the right mix of services across government and non-government agencies.
2. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality mental health services are delivered to children, young people, and their families.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders, including community service providers, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
3. Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with a degree in Mental Health or a related field.
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior clinical role.
