* Every team member is expected to work towards personal and career development, with an initial focus on completing a Certificate III in Civil Construction or Certificate III in Trenchless Technology.
* Suitable applicants will be included in our tailored mentoring program and paired with subject matter experts in their respective fields. Our in-house Trainer and Assessors will provide support throughout this process, ensuring that apprentices receive comprehensive hands-on experience and ongoing assistance with their career development.
* Leaders must complete either a Certificate 4 in Supervision or Certificate 4 in Leadership and Strategy.
* There will be an opportunity for the right team members to be cross-skilled and receive formal certification in other work streams and skills, such as Lay Power Cables on the Western Power network, Mains Laying on the ATCO network, Hydrotesting on the Watercorporation network and PE butt welding, DBYD and Permit sign off across all installations.

* Near new fleet of Vermeer drill rigs, including Hard Rock drilling machine.
* Our Director, Superintendent, and Project Supervisors have vast experience and a reputation for excellence. Our leaders are on site EVERY day, assisting with delivery.
About the role
* You must have a positive attitude and a desire to develop and progress within your career.
* This is not a “9-5” role, we complete 50+ hours per week and some weekends.
* Metro and Regional WA work with great accommodation, LAFHA and food supplied when away.
* Our in-house training program will assist you to be the best operator you can be.

* Drivers Licence HR or above. ( or willing to obtain within 4 weeks of commencement).
* Construction Safety Card.
* Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
* Physically fit due to labour-intensive work.
