Sales Consultant - Warm Leads Only | Full-Time | 4 Roles | June 3 Start
KDY HR & Recruitment Services is partnering with a well‐established solar and electrical company to recruit four Sales Consultants for their expanding team.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Onsite – Lynbrook, VIC
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45am‐4:00pm
Start Date: Monday, 3 June 2026
About the Role
This consultative sales position involves working with warm, pre‐booked appointments and guiding customers through the entire sales cycle.
- Speaking with warm‐hot leads (appointments booked for you)
- Conducting discovery conversations and presenting tailored solutions
- Educating customers on solar and electrification products
- Managing the full sales cycle from triage to presentation
- Building rapport quickly and communicating clearly
- Balancing video appointments with occasional off‐site visits
About You
You bring maturity, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn technical information quickly, and you enjoy helping customers make informed decisions in a structured, fast‐paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in advising customers and solving problems
- Ability to learn and explain technical information
- Solid computer skills
- Reliability, resilience, and a strong work ethic
- Experience in customer service, sales, trades, technical or client‐facing roles
- Industry experience not required; full training is provided.
Salary & Earning Potential
Option 1 – Performance Growth Pathway (most popular)
- Base salary starts at $50K + super
- Explicit pathway to increase your base to $60K, $70K and $80K within the first 6–9 months (based on performance)
- Uncapped commissions
- Current consultants are earning an additional $2K–$4K+ per month once ramped
Option 2 – Fixed Base Pathway
- Base salary $70K + super
- Uncapped commissions
- Warm leads + strong product demand = strong earning potential
Additional Requirements
Shortlisted applicants will complete a short psychometric assessment and a computer skills test as part of the selection process.
