As a part-time or full-time Conveyancing Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our conveyancing practice, handling a wide range of tasks related to property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents such as contracts, transfers, and settlements
* Conducting property searches and due diligence
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions
* Assisting with the coordination and completion of property settlements
* Maintaining accurate records and file management
* Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed
What we're looking for
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a conveyancing or property law role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in using property and conveyancing software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* A passion for providing exceptional client service
