Your new role
Will see you responsible for delivering high-level customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will be responsible for:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Champion a customer-first approach in every task
What you'll need to succeed
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and live chat
* Patience, empathy, and resilience when handling a wide range of customer enquiries
* The ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
* Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confidence using technology and navigating multiple systems at once
* A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho (preferred but not essential)
* Previous experience in the telecommunications industry (advantageous but not required)
* A team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help others
