About JSW

JSW Training & Community Services is a registered NDIS provider committed to personalised, inclusive support that empowers individuals to live life their way. Our team is growing, and with participants ready for services, we are expanding our workforce across Bunbury and Busselton.

We deliver supports across:

* Community access and social participation
* Capacity building in life skills and employment
* School Leaver Employment Support (SLES)
* Daily living skill development
* Individual and group supports
* Respite and planned breaks

About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping high‑quality supports while working directly with participants to build independence, confidence, and meaningful routines.

Your work may include:

* Supporting community participation and social engagement
* Coaching participants in life skills
* Facilitating travel training and independent living skills
* Running small groups or mentoring other support workers
* Supporting consistency and quality across service delivery

The roles offer the variety and fulfilment of frontline work with the added stability of a full‑time position — no two days are the same, but your job security is.

Essential Requirements

* Experience in disability, community services, or employment support
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in disability, or community services is required
* WA Driver's Licence + reliable, roadworthy vehicle
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Confidence using technology for notes and communication
* Smartphone (data allowance provided)
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Desirable

* Certificate III in Community Services, Disability, Individual Support, or similar
* Medication administration competency
