Key Responsibilities:
* Inspection and Testing: Routine inspection and testing of portable fire equipment to ensure compliance with AS 1851 standards.
* Site Auditing and Reporting: Conduct thorough site audits and prepare detailed reports on findings.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with maintenance personnel and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining portable systems.
* Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, particularly AS 1851.
* Certificate II in Fire Protection – Inspection & Testing (desired).
* VBA Registration in restricted class / Unpumped systems.
