About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Installer to join the Peerless Kitchens team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the professional installation of our custom cabinetry and joinery products in residential and commercial settings. You'll ensure every installation meets our high-quality standards and represents the craftsmanship our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
* Install custom kitchens, cabinetry, and joinery on-site with precision and attention to detail
* Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
* Conduct quality checks and ensure all installations are completed to specification
* Liaise professionally with clients, builders, and team members
* Assist in deliveries and handle materials safely
About You
* Proven experience in cabinetry, joinery, or kitchen installation
* Strong understanding of tools, hardware, and fitting techniques
* Ability to read and follow detailed shop drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
