Ongoing Part-time Vacancy of 35 hours per fortnight, at Ulladulla within the Southern NSW District.
Salary – $79, to $86, plus superannuation and annual leave loading per year of service.

Your role
As a Casework Support Worker, you will help caseworkers in their day-to-day work supporting vulnerable children, young people, families and communities.
What you’ll do
As part of the Customer Service Centre, you will:
5. Assist caseworkers prepare documentation and help with case planning for children and young people.
6. Source and share information about families and make relevant referrals and appointments.
7. Maintain timely client and casework records, including client information system records.
8. Supervise “low risk” family contact visits and prepare summary reports which accurately record observations
What we’re looking for
9. Someone who is able to proactively support the work of caseworkers and understand the complex and challenging situations disadvantaged families’ experience
10. Strong record keeping experience or the willingness to learn
11. Someone who is motivated, highly organised and has a ‘can do’ attitude

What you need

13. have a TAFE Diploma in a relevant field, welfare / community services, OR relevant work experience deemed to be the equivalent experience
