KinderPark Early Learning Centre is looking for a full-time Assistant Centre Manager to join our team in Wellard.

Our purpose-built centre opened in December 2021 and has been thriving since opening. Our children love playing and learning in our extensive nature play area and our dedicated team of twenty-five Co-workers make this beautiful centre a special place to work

**The role**:
The Assistant Centre Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Centre Manager and together they lead and support our Co-workers, so that they consistently offer a safe and high-quality service to our families and children. Our Assistant Centre Managers demonstrate leadership, build trustful relationships with families, their team, and are committed to delivering business objectives - we value your opinion and input to our business.

- Working in childcare can be physically and mentally demanding - you have the ability to calmly and confidently deal with multiple priorities, and are a role model for your team
- You are organised and have computer literacy
- You have experience as an Assistant Centre Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
- You have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Hold a current WWC and other relevant qualifications
