Key Account Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our commercial team, you will take the lead in managing and developing relationships across the fabricator and distributor market segment.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative, solutions-based B2B sales, ideally within the construction or access solutions industry. They will be confident in presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Develop and grow strong relationships with fabricators and distributors, offering proactive support across their pipeline of projects.
* Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions from our suite of access and architectural offerings.
* Build deep engagement with key stakeholders and influencers to drive long-term partnerships and sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in consultative, solutions-based B2B sales, ideally within the construction or access solutions industry.
* Strong ability to build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and fabricators.
* Confident in presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Skilled in managing sales pipelines and using CRM systems to track projects and opportunities.
