Job Title: Capability Analysts
We are seeking a talented individual to support the development and delivery of capability outcomes for Navy and other Defence clients.
* Candidates will be responsible for conducting capability analysis and contributing to the development of options, requirements, and risk assessments across Defence capability programs.
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex operational, technical, and strategic information into clear, concise language for senior audiences.
Candidates should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality strategic documentation including briefs, submissions, policy papers, and capability proposals.
