Technical Service Specialist
As a Technical Service Specialist, you will deliver customer-centric technical support and expertise to customers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling jobs, processing quotes and invoices, as well as warranty claims. You will also provide exceptional customer service both on the phone and in-person.
* Deliver superior technical support to customers.
* Coordinate job scheduling and logistics.
* Process quotes, invoices, and warranty claims efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding job status and completion times.
* Handle warranty adjudication and communicate costs and coverage to customers.
* Inspect parts related to warranty claims and ensure accurate part dispatch.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role at an automotive or machinery dealership is preferred.
* You must be mechanically-minded, a skilled problem-solver, and a team player with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* An agricultural mechanic qualification or other relevant trade certification is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
* Familiarity with Case, New Holland, Kenworth, or DAF parts would be beneficial.
