Senior Project Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Tourism Development
Location: Regional NSW (2hrs from Sydney)
Salary: $250,000+
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a landmark luxury accommodation and hospitality project in the heart of Regional NSW (approx 2 hrs. from Sydney) This is a large-scale, greenfield development that will deliver:
* 50 one-bedroom serviced apartments
* Luxury villas, including a presidential villa
* Function and event spaces, restaurants, lounge and bar
* Day spa, pool, gymnasium, and landscaped grounds
* Future stages including commercial renovations and a residential holiday home precinct
About the role
You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from early contractor involvement, design development and approvals, through to procurement, construction and post-completion. Acting as the Sponsor's representative, you will manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee design coordination and approvals, ensuring compliance with NSW planning and building requirements.
* Lead procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations with major builders and consultants.
* Manage construction delivery, quality assurance, WHS compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
* Provide ongoing advice on programming, costs, and sustainability integration.
* Deliver clear reporting and oversight throughout construction and handover.
About you
* Extensive project management experience in large-scale developments ($100m+).
* Demonstrated background in luxury hospitality, tourism or mixed-use assets.
* Strong capability in managing multiple dwellings from greenfield sites.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
* Ability to work closely with sponsors, legal teams, architects and contractors.
