What you will be doing
Working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, you'll lead marketing initiatives that connect insights to action, enabling confident decisions that drive business growth and better patient outcomes. We'll create a positive impact together; with stories you'll be proud to tell.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will plan, develop, and implement marketing programs for assigned products, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable success. You'll be a trusted partner in brand performance, customer engagement, and market leadership.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitors, and sales potential for current and emerging markets.
* Prepare annual Integrated Customer Plans for assigned products.
* Develop and manage marketing objectives, strategies, and promotional programs, including digital initiatives.
* Prepare and update sales forecasts and budget recommendations for assigned products.
* Maintain high levels of technical knowledge to build credibility and trust with stakeholders.
* Implement advertising campaigns, promotional programs, and educational initiatives to achieve marketing objectives.
* Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
* Coordinate congress activities and maintain regular customer engagement through field visits and meetings.
* Evaluate brand performance, promotional effectiveness, and ROI, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Monitor and control operational expenditure.
About you

You have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (highly preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and pharmaceutical industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Proven experience in planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation
* Ability to build strategic partnerships and manage cross-functional collaboration
* A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
