This role is an initial 12‐month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend.
Purpose of the Role
The role of the Financial Analyst will bring proven business knowledge of enterprise ERP systems (e.g. SAP 4/HANA, JDE, ORACLE) and hands‐on knowledge of Finance shared service activities including Finance Operations, i.e. Accounts Payable ("AP") and Accounts Receivable ("AR").
This is a hands‐on Finance Business Analyst role which directly supports the Finance Operations & Control Lead.
Responsibilities Include
1. Master data and transactional cleansing for the AP and AR teams, including managing cross‐functional inter‐dependencies with other key workstreams (e.g. Sales, Procurement, Data Migration), and related initiatives.
2. A proactive approach is required for problem solving, manage stakeholders and conduct workshops to complete successful data remediation deliverables and migration to SAP 4/HANA. This hands‐on role will identify and remediate those data gaps and data quality issues.
3. Participation in workshops (detailed design and or data);
4. Providing hands‐on support for the planning, training, development, and execution of UAT test scripts with user groups across both AP and AR;
5. Other key initiatives and or non‐SAP tool/app implementations;
6. SAP 4/HANA cutover, go‐live and hypercare activities;
7. Collaboration with stakeholders across Blackmores; including Business Partners and Finance Operations, technical teams and vendors during design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases;
8. Various other AP / AR activities: review and validation of process mapping, document accounting rules and or change management activities.
9. Hands‐on actioning, maintenance, and close‐out Financial Operations RAID.

13. Play a pivotal role in Data Migration Project, UAT and additional initiatives, as needed, through to Go‐Live activities.
14. Working experience with Finance Operations:
15. Procure to Pay - Accounts Payable (AP);
16. Order to Cash - Accounts Receivable (AR).
17. Other accounting shared service activities such as balance sheet and GL reconciliations
18. Identify and elevate risks, dependencies, and issues for tracking as part of the overall Finance Operations workstream.
Accountabilities
Data cleansing and remediation (primary to start)
19. Hands‐on master data cleansing/ remediation across AP and AR, GL online in source ERP systems and or offline in Excel (via Syniti app).
20. Support resolution and transactional data cleansing of AP / AR Open Balances.
21. Identify data gaps, data quality problems and remediate these issues to ensure a successful data migration to SAP 4/HANA.
22. Proactively collaborate with key finance stakeholders, operational leaders to drive data migration outcomes and ensure alignment to the data migration strategy and governance structures.
23. Manage cross‐functional inter‐dependencies with other key workstreams (e.g. Sales, Procurement, Business, Data Migration) and related initiatives.
24. GL data reconciliation between legacy and target state systems.
Detailed design and processes
25. Participate, as needed, in workshops (e.g. data and detailed design) for delivery of the SAP solution for the Finance Operations functional areas.
26. Supports detailed design activities, as required, such as defining accounting rules and or Finance Operations processes to enable system configuration and successful stakeholder requirements.
27. Support process mapping activities and review, as needed.
28. Support Go‐Live activities.
Testing, Training and Change Management
29. Hands‐on support for UAT planning, script development and execution for respective AP and AR processes, driving user engagement and support for system readiness prior to Go‐live.
30. Collaborate in outcomes of process / data integration with other SAP modules.
31. Assist in change management activities for end‐users by helping them troubleshoot issues, flagging corrective actions to the program and providing hands‐on support where possible.
32. Review training materials in your domain to support successful process adoption.
Experience Required
33. Tertiary qualification in accounting (preferably CA / CPA).
34. 5+ years post graduate accounting or consulting experience with working transactional knowledge of AP and AR end‐to‐end processes and set‐up.
35. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
36. SAP 4/HANA experience (ideally AP, AR, Reporting).
37. ERP or other SYSTEM implementation exposure, including hands‐on experience in:
