**Job Role**
Senior Test Analyst is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring an individual with expertise in testing methodologies and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, accompanied by relevant tertiary qualifications and ISTQB certification. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly are also essential traits for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement test plans, test cases, processes, and standards
* Take ownership of quality and ensure testing is conducted efficiently
* Develop, execute, and report on test cases and scripts using appropriate testing tools and techniques
* Provide testing expertise in activities associated with development and implementation of organisational information systems and software applications
Desirable Skills:
* Business analysis
* Software development
* SQL and JavaScript proficiency
* Experience with CI/CD tools and test automation tools including Selenium, UFT or TestComplete
* Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft enterprise solutions
* Extensive experience delivering testing on complex enterprise projects under aggressive timelines and multiple stakeholders
* Strong experience with system test activities, including automation and assisting users to carry out UAT testing
* Defect management and traceability matrix creation
* Leadership and mentoring in testing techniques, methods, and systems
