Senior Inhouse Lawyer Financial Services
Our client is a reputable financial services provider, recognised for its consistent performance and strong results for investors.
In partnership with the Chief Legal Counsel, this position will be responsible for delivering legal, compliance, and risk management functions across the organisation. The role involves oversight and advisory support on documentation, commercial contracts, agreements, and policies. Key responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, and executing complex transactions; supporting risk and due diligence processes; providing guidance on legislative and regulatory developments; and assisting in the preparation of corporate policies, procedures, and compliance materials.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to draft clear, practical commercial advice, are also required.
