ACM's singular manufacturing site of dairy products is a unique point of difference. At our Girgarre facility, we proudly manufacture award-winning domestic and global products including milk powder, cream, butter, and cheese.
Based at ACM's Finance and Administration office in Kyabram, this diverse full-time Payroll Officer position offers an excellent opportunity to join a positive and experienced team in regional Victoria.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
* All aspects of weekly payroll for salary and attendance employees.
* Work closely with Site Leaders and Managers on roster development and implementation to support manufacturing operations.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Prepare annual labor budgeting and forecasting across the ACM Group.
* Manage end-to-end regulatory payroll reporting.
* Support the Business Manager & People & Culture Coordinator with HR payroll documentation and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum three years experience in a similar role preferred.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience with payroll, Enterprise Agreement, and workplace relations.
* Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
* Experience with Kronos Time & Attendance and Payroll Matrix systems is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build relationships.
* Respect for confidentiality requirements.
