Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to join our organization in a critical administrative role.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Salesforce, RevOps, and SF Administration, as well as expertise in B2B SaaS sales processes and methodologies. They will be responsible for maintaining the GTM technology stack, building and modifying custom Salesforce Objects and workflows, developing Salesforce Flows & Automations, and ensuring data hygiene and enrichment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance the GTM technology stack, including integration with various software tools.
* Develop and implement custom Salesforce Objects and workflows to meet business needs.
* Create and optimize Salesforce Flows & Automations to streamline manual work and improve efficiency.
* Document and communicate Salesforce automation and processes to stakeholders.
* Analyze and track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to inform decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key operational initiatives and drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience with Salesforce and related technologies.
* Demonstrable experience in RevOps, SF Administration, or similar roles.
* B2B SaaS: Experience working within B2B sales processes and methodologies.
* Proven ability to build and maintain complex Salesforce objects and workflows.
* Experience with Salesforce flows or similar automation tools.
* Collaboration with go-to-market teams: Demonstrated experience working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leadership.
* Finance: Demonstrated experience working with Finance to reconcile CRM data with financial data.
