* How many years' experience do you have as a Cake Decorator?
* Do you have professional cake decorating experience?
* Do you have professional baking experience?
* Do you have customer service experience?
* Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?
* Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?
* How would you rate your English language skills?
