Customer Service Professional
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. This includes delivering high-level service via phone calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a passion for delivering excellent service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service to all clients
* Deliver products and provide product information to customers in our showroom
* Process customer orders over the telephone with efficiency and professionalism
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Follow up on delivery dates and build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles
* Intermediate computer knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and take initiative
* Familiarity with online ordering systems
