Primary Teacher – Middle Primary (12-Month Contract, 2026)

St Michael's Lutheran School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to immediately join our supportive, forward-thinking team. This is a 12-month contract position in Middle Primary, commencing in January 2026, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a vibrant Christian learning community.

About the Role
This role is more than curriculum delivery. As a classroom teacher, you will:

* Design engaging, inquiry-led and transdisciplinary learning experiences
* Teach the Australian Curriculum through the IB Primary Years Programme
* Collaborate closely with colleagues and families
* Actively participate in the Christian life of the school through devotions and faith conversations

Requirements
* Registration (or eligibility) with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia
* Current Working With Children Check and RAN-EC certification
* Understanding of, or openness to learning about, the IB Primary Years Programme
* A strong commitment to child safety, inclusion, and holistic education
