You will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, delivering executional excellence across corporate and independent retail accounts.
Your responsibilities include maximizing product distribution and availability, aligning with 'Perfect Store' standards, and representing the brand at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Own your designated geographical patch, delivering against key targets and metrics to ensure executional excellence across accounts.
* Build strong relationships with third-party partners to collaborate and achieve wins in your territory.
* Master power selling techniques and embrace RedBull's core values.
* Approach your territory strategically, complete all calls, and execute effective visits at optimal regularity.
* Increase product distribution width and depth in existing customers and convert new business leads, especially in non-traditional channels.
* Develop relationships with key customers and new leads, driving in-store presence in line with 'Perfect Store' standards.
* Secure 'cold can' and cashier placements across channels and increase product distribution and space in-store using category insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven sales experience; FMCG experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to manage and cultivate strong relationships.
* Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, objection handling, and communication skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
* Valid full driver's license required.
* Proficient in written and verbal English.
Additional Information:
Travel up to 30% may be required.
