Receptionist - Permanent Part time Position
4 days/week
Thursday, Friday - 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday, Sunday - 10 AM - 4 PM (Weekend penalty rates)
Location: 827/829 Nepean Highway, Mornington, VIC 3931
At Regis, we recognize the importance of the role our reception team in delivering excellent service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized receptionist to be the face of our home in Mornington for 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
- Answering all telephone enquiries during the day
- Maintain files and documentation
- General administration and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
- Administrative support for other departments of the home
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a busy reception role
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines autonomously
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone and customer service skills
- Experience in a busy, changing environment
- Bright and friendly demeanour with willingness to assist with all enquiries
