Key Responsibilities

o Implement aspects of the nursing care plan delegated by the registered nurse
o Contribute to the nursing assessment of individuals and groups
o Assist in the evaluation of progress toward expected outcomes
* Interpersonal Skills
o Demonstrate successful interpersonal skills in relating to residents, families, staff, and other health professionals
About You
You are a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You are also able to contribute to a positive and supportive environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among colleagues.
Essential Criteria
* Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination per policies
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)
* Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checks
* Diploma in Enrolled Nursing
* Registration with APHRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
* NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
* Willingness to attend a compulsory 2-day induction at our Training Institute
* Experience working within Aged Care (Desirable)
