Full-time | Brisbane (Virginia office)
We’re looking for a Print & Install Assistant to join our Brisbane team. You’ll be on the ground working alongside our Production Manager, helping to install signage, promotional displays, and event setups. From coordinating deliveries to handling stock, you’ll play a key role in making sure our clients get their installs on time and looking sharp.
This role suits someone who’s practical, reliable, and enjoys variety in their day - whether it’s installing signage, managing pickups, or problem solving on the fly.

What You’ll Do
- Be on the ground, supporting the Production Manager and team.
- Install signage, promotional displays, and event setups
- Make sure print production jobs run smoothly
- Ensure customers receive their products and installs on time
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the internal team
- Manage pickups, deliveries, and stock handling
- Handle unplanned issues and adapt as needed
- Work in a quick-paced, changing environment
What You’ll Bring
- Installation or signage experience
- A current manual driver’s licence (essential - our work van is a manual)
- Hands-on problem-solving approach
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- You will be client-facing, so a presentable appearance is essential
Bonus Skills
- Experience with print production
- Familiarity with signage tools, materials, and processes
- Background in event setups or promotional activations
Your Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Based onsite at our Virginia office in Brisbane (free parking + close to public transport)
