Full Job Description Position: Site Supervisor Location: Perth, WA (SoR) Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 Vehicle Super Step into a pivotal role with a growing contractor specialising in essential early-works infrastructure. As a Site Supervisor, you'll be the right-hand support to the Site Manager, overseeing high-impact piling and groundworks projects exclusively South of the River. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in ground-up construction and wants to join a team where their technical site knowledge is genuinely valued. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-level support to the Site Manager in delivering daily project goals. Overseeing technical piling and groundworks operations to ensure site precision. Coordinating and motivating onsite crews and subcontractors to maintain momentum. Maintaining a proactive safety culture and ensuring strict onsite OHS compliance. Inspecting works regularly to ensure all piling and earthworks meet specifications. Keeping site records updated and assisting with scheduling to avoid project delays. What You'll Bring: Strong, hands-on experience specifically in piling and groundworks. A natural ability to supervise teams and provide clear direction on-site. Proven background in civil or residential ground-up construction. Thorough understanding of Western Australian site safety requirements. Clear and professional verbal skills to coordinate with the Site Manager. Valid driver's licence and a preference for South of the River project locations. Why Join?
