Haileybury is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Reception & Administration Assistant to join our City campus team. This full-time, ongoing position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of City Reception, delivering exceptional customer service and professional administrative support to staff, students, and families across the school community.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage reception duties and respond professionally to all parent, staff, and student enquiries via phone, email, myHaileybury, and in person.
* Support daily operations through data entry, printing, laminating, diary/room bookings, stationery management, and assisting with event preparation.
* Assist with attendance and database management, support the Health Centre, and perform general duties as directed by the Head of Campus, PA or other members of the executive team where required.
About you
* Minimum 3 years experience in reception or administrative roles with strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; high standard of spelling and grammar.
* Experience with Office365 and Synergetic (desirable); Hold or are willing to obtain a First Aid qualification.
* Experience working with children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
