We're looking for a reliable, proactive and friendly person to join our family-run ecommerce business as an Office & Dispatch Assistant. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both our online operations and warehouse dispatch.
You'll be working on-site with a small, welcoming team in Hartley Vale (near Lithgow). This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position that would suit someone local to the Blue Mountains or surrounds. It's ideal for a confident school leaver with a can-do attitude, or someone with previous customer service experience who's looking for a stable and varied role.

What You'll Be Doing
Office & Admin Tasks
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Customer service via phone and email
* Processing online orders and invoices
* Maintaining our product database and assisting with product uploads
* Data entry and spreadsheet work
* General office support
Dispatch Tasks
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Booking couriers and printing shipping labels
* Keeping the dispatch area organised

What We're Looking For
* A reliable and organised person who takes initiative
* Confident using a computer, with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable learning new systems and juggling different tasks
* Someone who enjoys being part of a small team and helping where needed
* Physically capable of being on your feet and lifting boxes
* Someone local with their own transport (we're not near public transport)
