Leisure Travel Team Leader
Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional to lead our team in the leisure travel industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing cruise bookings and packages, ensuring high sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cruise bookings and packages from initial inquiry to completion
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and maximising sales opportunities
* Support walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
* Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase revenue
* Monitor and respond to all mailboxes daily to ensure prompt communication with customers and colleagues
* Maintain accurate product information to deliver excellent sales results
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on sales targets. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry is essential, as well as GDS experience.
