What is the Role?
As a Retail Store Person you will support the daily retail operations, help customers collect their orders with a smile, and keep things running smoothly in the back‐of‐store warehouse.
In this dynamic, fast‐paced role, you will:
* Load weekly trucks and containers with precision and care
* Assist customers with order collections to make it a seamless experience
* Support the retail sales team with stock/product movement for the shop floor
* Receive goods accurately into our operating system
* Assemble furniture with pride and attention to detail
* Contribute to and uphold all OH&S requirements
* Maintain good housekeeping, an organized, safe and tidy store and warehouse
* Work collaboratively as part of a team, use your initiative, problem solve and handle a fast‐paced environment
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role supporting warehousing and distribution
* A passion for helping people and a desire to get results
* Physical capability to handle our products, including lifting and carrying items of varying sizes
* Reliable, committed, proactive and driven with a can‐do attitude
* Applicants must be an Australian citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in Australia and therefore hold a valid visa.
* Roster – as required casual – occasional Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, weekends.
