Competitive salary and benefits
* Salary between $2950.00 – $3280.70 per fortnight (AO3).
* 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading.
* Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%.

As a Patient Services Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients, families, and staff within the Endoscopy Unit. Your role ensures accurate patient information, effective coordination of bookings and admissions, and a welcoming, professional environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and enjoys making a positive difference in patient experiences.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service within a health or service environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn and navigate clinical information systems.
* Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and standards in a clinical administrative context.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role; evidence of vaccination is required.
* A probationary period may apply.
