About your role: Work in close collaboration with and provide expert advice to Medical Recruitment Officers in the Junior Medical Workforce Services team to ensure appointments of Resident Medical Officers are completed in a timely and accurate manner including but not limited to processing AHPRA and Visa applications. Provide high level advice and assistance to Junior Doctors and Clinical Directors/Service Directors and/or other stakeholders on key issues impacting on, and ways to continuously improve, service delivery related to medical workforce recruitment, appointment and employment frameworks. Maintain an advanced working knowledge of the relevant Legislations, Awards, Certified Agreements, policies and guidelines, and provide advice on application and compliance across the medical workforce.
