**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Assist in managing and organising case files, documents, and exhibits.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials and hearings.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
**About You**
- Experience as a Paralegal in a mid or top-tier firm
- Bachelors degree in relevant field highly regarded
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
- Proficient in using legal software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
