We are currently seeking a Consumer Experience Officer with strong administrative focus to join a supportive team within the aged care industry. This Temporary full-time opportunity is a 6-week period, with the potential to transition into a longer-term role for the right candidate. Description Location: Hybrid role based in Northern Suburb, Brisbane Remote work considered for the right candidate (e.g. Melbourne) Work Hours and Duration: 6 weeks Temporary role, with the potential to transition into a longer-term role for the right candidate Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the initial stage of complaint resolution Monitor and update RISC-Net records and alerts Generate reports based on RISC-Net data for the Consumer Experience team Escalate and communicate high-risk complaints in a timely manner Maintain and update communication templates accurately Manage the feedback inbox and coordinate responses Maintain organised digital filing systems across multiple platforms Oversee the CarePage system and escalate risks as needed Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, data extraction, and analysis Profile Who we are looking for: Strong administrative experience (aged care or health sector preferred, but not essential) Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent organisational and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude Police Check (or willingness to obtain) A qualification in Health or Human Services is beneficial but not essential Job Offer This is a rare opportunity to join an incredible company, with a family feel, and endless opportunities for exposure to new learning and growth.
