What You'll Be Up To:
* Hitting the road for site visits to understand our customers' needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Using your market smarts and competitor know-how to tackle challenges and seize new opportunities
* Teaming up with our Store Teams and other Account Managers to ensure the best customer experience
* Driving sales, hitting targets, and maintaining profitable partnerships
* Ensuring our account customers have everything they need to get the job done – from the right gear to expert service
What You Need:
* Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
* A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and targets
* A proactive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning
* Willingness to travel regionally and interstate as needed
