* Provide personalized assistance to guests in a professional and welcoming manner
* Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring seamless interactions throughout their stay
* Foster strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
Job Responsibilities:
* Front Office Support: Assist with luggage, transportation, valet parking, and other guest needs
* Guest Engagement: Create tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience
* Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently, turning them into positive experiences for guests
Requirements:
* An unrestricted driver's license (manual preferred) and ability to lift, pull, and push objects up to 23kg
* Excellent Communication Skills to address guest concerns and compliments
* Strong Problem-Solving Skills to turn issues into positive experiences
* Literate and Tech-Savvy with good reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills
