Currently servicing the inner city of Sydney through to the coastline, this brand are growing and currently seeking a Receptionist/Property Officer to join their specialised team of property experts in managing high end properties.
**The Role**:
From the moment you step into their stylish offices, this is a role for someone with a first-class approach to their exclusive clientele. Monday - Friday, this is a role that will see you thinking outside-the-box and pipeline your career into Property Management. As their new Receptionist/Property Officer, on a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
- Be the first point of contact for all clientele
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and diverting phone calls
- Supporting the Property Management team
- Chasing residential rent arrears
- Uploading properties for lease online & updating social media sites
- Typing up leases & condition reports
- Occasionally signing leases & assisting with routine inspections
- General Administration support
- Have a current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Previous administration experience
- Want a long term career in Real Estate
- Possess a strong work ethic
